This sound library delivers the movement, mechanical and environmental sounds of a modern metropolitan transit line and vintage electric streetcars for sound designers, musicians and composers.

All three car types (A, B and C) of the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) in the San Francisco region were recorded on underground and surface lines at various speeds, track conditions and passenger densities, along with ambiences in and around stations. They are joined by a unit of the former Key System from Oakland, an Interurban Combine of the Petaluma-Santa Rosa Railroad and a 1930s tram, most likely from Melbourne, plus 35 dystopian ambiences and dark sci-fi soundscapes. The clearly named WAV files work in any audio program, CSV and Excel database files ease importing, and 8 Kontakt presets make every sound instantly playable.
