The compact starter edition of the Mercury Symphonic Boys’ Choir: a boys’ choir of 25 singers aged 8 to 13, recorded with the award-winning Pacific Boychoir.

The choir was recorded with a close microphone position in the same large hall as the Olympus Symphonic Choir, Apocalypse Percussion Ensemble and Montclarion Grand Piano, giving it a bright, open sound with a touch of transparent natural reverberation. It includes sustains and staccatos on the vowels Ah and Oo in piano and forte, plus the liturgical words Kyrie and Eleison as chromatic sustains with automatic tempo sync. A dual-layer layout for blending vowels and articulations, children’s choral effects, bonus effect presets, integrated effects with convolution impulses and a fully automatable interface complete the library.
