A compact 25-key alto glockenspiel of the kind used in student orchestras, recorded close and dry and in a large cathedral, plus a little toy glockenspiel as a bonus.

The natural range of A4 to A6 has been extended to A-1 to G8, so extreme highs and lows are playable too. Soft and hard mallets, choked strikes and glissandos were recorded with several dynamic layers and plenty of round-robin variation, in a close, dry stereo position and a wide, distant position in a large cathedral. Controls for swell, attack, release, tightness, tuning and vibrato, a sub-synth for tonal reinforcement and an arpeggiator with step sequencer and auto-roll make the instrument versatile, and 47 atmospheric pads and drones round out the package.
