A collection of fierce lead synths and atmospheric pads, created together with BOOM Library exclusively from sounds of its Birds Of Prey sound effects library.

Recordings of owls, eagles, crows, hawks, falcons, vultures and other large birds served as source material, which the Soundiron team stretched, modulated, overdrove and re-synthesised into a sample-based instrument. The interface is built on the Oroboros engine, with four independent layers, each with its own filter offering 39 types and modulation via LFO, ADSR and velocity, plus an XY pad that blends the layers and can move in tempo sync. An arpeggiator, glide for monophonic legato and a random function for new sound combinations complete the instrument, which ranges from punchy leads and warm pads to dark drones.
