A solo vocal library for classical operatic voice featuring soprano Nichole Dechaine, with fully playable chromatic articulations and emotionally charged phrases.

Two true legato types on Ah (forte) and Oo (piano) with adjustable release samples, three-voice polyphony and transition shaping form the core, joined by vowel sustains with and without vibrato, 23 staccato syllables and twelve Latin chants spanning more than two octaves. The 867 improvised phrases at 100 BPM come in root keys from A to G in major and minor and include vowel melodies, Latin melodies based on the Hail Mary, French phrases based on the poem “Ici-bas” by René-François Sully-Prudhomme and whistled melodies. Whispers, breaths, warm-ups and sound-designed pads crafted from Nichole’s voice complete the library, which was recorded in a warm studio environment.
