Sonespheres 3 - Current is the third volume of composer Blake Ewing’s Sonespheres series, with atmospheric synths, pads, drones and soundscapes crafted from acoustic and electronic instruments.

Blake Ewing, a film and TV composer and long-time Soundiron collaborator, blends acoustic and electronic sources in this volume with a fine ear for layering, detail and fluid textures. Two independent sample modules, each with its own category and preset menus, can be freely combined, drawing on categories such as Depths, Seabeds, Shallows, Tides, Pianos, Harps, Impacts and Bass Synths. Both modules offer automatable controls for volume, attack, start offset, release, bass, treble, pitch, pan, filter and LFO, complemented by a cross-fader, legato glide, a step-sequencable arpeggiator and an FX rack with 18 effects, including compressor, delay, lo-fi, tape, saturation and a convolution reverb with more than 100 impulse responses.
