The vintage analogue sounds of the distinctive Gem Rodeo 49, an Italian synthesizer introduced by the Galanti Group in the early 1970s.

The original offers a 49-key keyboard and drum and rhythm machine, plus knobs and faders for layer volume, instrument type, accompaniment and tempo. The library includes synth sustains, staccatos, the organ’s “Magic Chords” and 41 tempo-syncable drum machine loops, recorded in a dry studio with a pair of Neumann TLM 103 microphones in wide stereo and via direct line input. On top come 20 evolving ambient pads crafted from the source and 20 FX presets. Glide, an octave function, LFO, 13 filters, arpeggiator and an FX rack with convolution reverb extend the warm tonal colours of this classic combo organ.
