A compact sample library of playable mating calls from rare Galapagos tortoises, plus ambient sounds created from them, for Kontakt and SFZ.

Soundiron recorded the mating calls of a pair of rare Galapagos tortoises at an exotic animal sanctuary near Austin, Texas. The playable vocalisations come with four dynamic layers and up to eight round-robin variations and sound especially beefy when pitched down, making them great material for creature sound effects. By warping the natural recordings, Soundiron also created 33 musical ambiences, atmospheric textures, drones and pads.
