The first volume of the Delphi Piano series captures the rich, muddy and fuzzed-out flavour of late 1950s jazz, blues and big band piano.

Besides jazz and blues, Autumn 1958 is equally at home in electronica, lo-fi, hip hop, ambient, post-minimalism, contemporary classical and post-rock. The Delphi Piano series explores the distinctive character of different musical eras of the 20th century: each self-contained volume offers a sound-designed piano with custom presets and atmospheric ambiences that evoke the zeitgeist of its time. The character piano was sampled with 9 velocity layers, 6 round robins, note releases and pedal sounds, complemented by 30 ambience patches and 20 FX presets.
