The nostalgic sound of a 1980s synthesizer as a Kontakt instrument, made for vaporwave, chillwave, nu-disco and new retro wave.

It is based on the Siel Cruise, a 49-key subtractive synthesizer built by the Italian company Siel in 1981 and sold in the US as the Sequential Fugue. The instrument combines a monophonic and a polyphonic synth; Soundiron recorded 16 of its preset banks in a dry studio through a pair of Neumann TLM 103 microphones, each with infinite sustains and tight staccatos. On top come 20 custom sound-designed synth and FX presets, from leads and pads to rhythmic patches. Whether beefing up guitar leads or fronting a synthwave track, glide, octave layering, LFO, filters and arpeggiator let you shape the sound in many directions.
