A deeply multisampled 7-string electric guitar designed for unleashing pure metal destruction, with a pure DI signal and a ready-made high-gain tone.

Craig Peters sampled his custom Kiesel Aries, a multi-scale 7-string guitar tuned to A standard, with 24 frets, a swamp ash body, a bird’s eye maple neck, Guitarmory Polaris pickups and D’Addario XL 10–64 strings. The recordings include single-note and power chord sustains with palm mute variations, plus pinch harmonics, mutes, taps, pick scrapes, fret noise, chokes, rakes and programmable slides. You can send the pure DI signal through your favourite amp simulators or use a modern high-gain tone dialled in by Craig Peters with Neural DSP software. Main, Lite, DI and Amped presets, real-time articulation selection, key switches, arpeggiator, auto-strummer, sequencer and an effects rack with 27 effects make the instrument highly flexible.
