An exceptionally comprehensive vibraphone instrument capturing every detail of a 4-octave Adams Alpha, recorded in collaboration with Pearl Drums.

The gold anodised aluminium bars were recorded with a top-shelf selection of soft, medium and hard artist signature mallets as well as a damped set, with 8 to 10 velocity layers and 8 natural round-robin variations per long-sustaining note. Exceptionally close microphones capture an outstanding level of resonance and character, and the bars were left to ring out, making it ideal for soundtrack scoring, symphonic orchestration, jazz, live performance and songwriting in any genre. Layer-specific controls, an optional sub-synth module, a Space window for positioning each layer on the sound stage, LFO, 12 filters, arpeggiator, key and scale lock and a modular FX rack with 27 effect modules give you full creative control.
