British instrumentalist and media composer David Oliver played more than 130 instruments for Rhythmic Odyssey, from drum kits to raw pine logs, and created over 100 percussion track sets ranging from traditional arrangements to hard-driving percussion beds and huge rock grooves. Each piece is broken down into seamless loops that develop from intro and build-up to climax, and the Multitrack preset splits them further into solo and sub-mix tracks. The loop browser filters by style, instrument, tempo and time signature, and the slot grid lets you edit each loop down to individual slices with playback direction, slice order, envelope and step automation for volume, pitch, pan and filter. In addition, over 6,500 loops are included as non-encrypted WAV files, split into solo and sub-mix tracks plus dry and wet stereo masters.
