Drums, cymbals, a bell and a gong recorded in an underground stone-walled chamber, with a crisp, bright and lush sound for cinematic percussion.

Temple Drums was recorded in a secret stone-walled underground chamber, with each instrument captured from a close, wide stereo position for maximum clarity and presence. The selection includes bass drum, large floor tom, rack toms, bongos, snares, djembe, doumbeks and frame drum (bodhrán) as well as large Tibetan hand cymbals, a Tibetan copper bell and a 36-inch flat gong from a range of regional and ethnic origins. Besides drum hits, rim clacks and tuned percussion, the library contains live single-shot drum fills and rolls. 42 deep, ominous and sacred-sounding atmospheres, pads and drones created from the source material round off the package.
