The education version is intended for students and teachers; proof of eligibility is required – according to Steinberg, valid ID showing current enrolment for students and proof of employment for teachers. Unlimited audio, MIDI and instrument tracks, eleven virtual instruments and libraries with more than 3,000 sounds, more than 90 audio effects and tools such as VariAudio 3, comping, the Control Room, VCA faders and ADM authoring for Dolby Atmos form the basis for music production, composition and mixing. New in Cubase 15 are the Pattern Sequencer with melodic mode, the redesigned Expression Maps, AI-powered stem separation, the UltraShaper dynamics processor and WaveLab Go for editing, repair and analysis right inside Cubase, among others.
