Steinberg and MakeMusic have partnered to offer Finale users a transition to Dorico Pro 6 – with this competitive crossgrade you move to the professional notation and composition software.

Dorico Pro is built for professionals in art and media music and in higher education, and it can do almost everything Finale can do – and many things Finale cannot. With a single click it creates an intelligently formatted condensed conductor’s score while keeping complete and correct instrumental parts, cues are linked dynamically to their source, and Dorico Pro generates well-voiced chords with sensible voice leading from chord symbols. DTP-style page templates, the Library Manager, thousands of engraving options plus HALion Symphonic Orchestra, amp modelling plug-ins and the SuperVision analyser round off the feature set.
