The education version of Groove Agent 6 gives students and teachers Steinberg’s complete groove and beat-making environment with acoustic kits, electronic drums and percussion.

Groove Agent brings together a vast collection of fresh drum sounds, deeply sampled acoustic kits and authentic percussion sets in one resizable plug-in. Acoustic Agent offers five kits played by session drummers and recorded in 24-bit quality – Rock Kit, Studio Kit, Vintage Kit, The Kit and the all-new Punch Kit – plus over 45 newly sampled snares, toms and kicks for layering. Beat Agent lets you build beats in its pattern editor from handcrafted samples or your own sounds, with effects and the Decompose feature, while Percussion Agent provides bongos, congas, shakers, chimes and claps together with MIDI patterns. The Style Player controls the complexity and intensity of the grooves with intros, main parts, fills and endings, and more than 1,000 MIDI grooves can be dragged and dropped into your project.
