TRIGGER replaces or augments kicks, snares and toms using a large library of industry-standard Steven Slate drum samples, recorded to 2-inch tape and processed with the finest vintage and modern analogue gear. Its phase-accurate engine triggers up to eight sample layers at once, such as close, overhead and room mics, and the sample mixer offers velocity, dynamics, attack, sustain, release and level controls for each layer or lets you blend your own hybrid sounds. A transient-driven gate cleans up tracks precisely, leakage suppression allows very low-velocity replacement without false triggering, and the MIDI engine triggers samples from MIDI or turns audio tracks into MIDI via drag and drop. TRIGGER can also load expansion libraries such as Steven Slate Deluxe, Chris Lord-Alge, Terry Date, Blackbird Studios and David Bendeth.
