Transfigure is more than a multi-effect: it is a sound design tool that creates something entirely new from the source material. The spectral engine processes sound in the frequency domain, freezing individual frequencies, delaying frequency bands separately and placing specific ranges precisely in the stereo field. The resynthesis engine detects the pitches in the input signal and uses its own sound engine to generate new audio from them, supported by a wide selection of scales; with non-harmonic material such as drum loops in particular, it produces rich harmonics. Two effect slots with delay, reverb, phaser, filter with drive, capture and looper are linked to the modulation like every other parameter and can be controlled together from the central XY pad.
