A virtual electric guitar that authentically recreates rhythm parts via a step sequencer with chords, strumming patterns, amps and effects.

Guitarist turns the guitar player into a step sequencer system: across 16 steps you decide whether a chord is triggered, which strings are played and whether the strum goes up or down, while damp and dead notes add funk and life. Chord sequences are built from 12 chord types in three fingering variations each or from up to 24 user chords clicked directly on the fretboard; the Animations page moves individual fingers by up to three semitones per step. Included are a Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster plus a Duesenberg Starplayer Special in Bright and Normal versions, each recorded with more than 2,000 samples and played back with round robin. Two amp models or a direct out, two effect units with 10 effects in total and a wah-wah pedal with its own LFO shape the sound.
