A virtual synthesizer in the style of the golden age of analogue, specialising in vowel sounds and powerful basses, leads and pads.

Unique emulates synthesizers from the golden age of analogue keyboard sounds: two oscillators with sawtooth, triple saw, pulse, triple FM, noise and sub sine deliver strings, pianos and powerful basses. At its heart is the filter section with analogue high-pass, low-pass and band-pass, a comb filter and a vowel filter that strings together two or four vowel formants and plays them back in many ways. A duophonic arpeggiator, polyphonic auto-panning per oscillator, a recordable XY pad, a sequencer, LFOs with fade and polyphonic portamento add movement, while two chained multi-effects provide the finishing touch. The flat-design interface supports NKS for Maschine and Komplete Kontrol, and more than 300 presets are sorted into categories such as bass, pads and leads.
