BRAAASS is a phrase-based brass instrument from Hans Zimmer’s personal library – for cinematic scores as well as hip-hop and electronic music.

French horns, trumpets, trombones and more were recorded at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Studios and made playable via a UJAM performance engine without complex setups. Low brass (tubas, bass trombones) and high brass (trumpets, horns) can be controlled separately and blended with the crossfade slider, while Character and Motion FX add movement and depth. 78 styles with six phrases and four one-shots each cover crescendos, stabs and rhythmic accents, and more than 250 Finisher presets range from subtle reverb to experimental textures.
