Usynth 2080 makes it easy to create a diverse range of 80s-inspired synthwave sounds – with no knowledge of digital audio theory or sound design required.

The synthesizer section offers multiple synthesis types, a fully-fledged voice architecture and hundreds of control and modulation options. Yet all you see are two big “hardware” and three “software” knobs, which the sound designers have mapped to multiple destinations in the engine for each preset. Finisher presets are organised into Single, Dual and Quad categories – from one effect with four controls to four effects with one control each – and the fully customisable sequencer adds rhythmic motion.
