DANDY is a virtual session bassist with a warm vintage flat-wound bass that stays present in the mix without ever hogging the spotlight.

The meticulously sampled flat-wound electric bass has a classy, warm and restrained vintage sound that is markedly different from the more modern ROYAL 2 and ROWDY 2. Custom DSP algorithms push the tone from soft, round sounds for old-school soul and blues to bright, modern pop and rock. Player Mode offers 990 phrases in 30 styles that follow the key and chords you play, while Instrument Mode lets you play every articulation yourself, including dead notes, full stops and slides.
