ROYAL 2 is a versatile virtual session bassist with rounded fingerstyle electric bass tones for pop, rock, indie and singer-songwriter productions.

It is based on a hand-selected vintage electric bass with high-end electronics, played by a seasoned pro – from a super-soft round tone for ballads to enough edge for a rock song. Player Mode gives instant access to 60 styles and 1380 phrases via MIDI keys; ROYAL 2 follows the key and chords and uses AI-assisted articulation modelling to choose the most musical playing techniques. In Instrument Mode you play the bass yourself, including dead notes, full stops and slides, while amps, effects, EQ and dynamics quickly adapt the tone to your song.
