TG Mastering Chain models the EMI TG12410 transfer console of Abbey Road Studios as a modular chain for masters, buses, groups and individual tracks.

The chain comprises Input, Tone, Compressor/Limiter, Filter/EQ and Output/Stereo Spread modules, all of which except input and output can be re-ordered freely. Alongside the original Zener diode compressor and limiter there is a modern VCA-style compressor, complemented by three bands of linear-phase sidechain filters. Each module expands to adjust left and right or mid and sides separately, and the included TG Meter Bridge plugin shows VU, PPM, phase and peak readings for every instance in the session. 170 presets by renowned engineers such as Jacquire King, Joe Barresi and Dave Pensado provide a quick start.
