Linear-phase crossovers prevent phase-based colouration, while transients are processed with more focus and clarity. Each band can compress, expand or act as a linear-phase EQ, each with its own attack and release. The Range parameter sets the maximum amount of compression or expansion, the adaptive threshold gently lifts masked bands, and Auto Release Control (ARC) prevents distortion and pumping.
