NLS brings the colour of three classic analog consoles into your DAW, modelling how analog summing adds richness and depth to a mix.

The consoles of Mark “Spike” Stent (Paul McCartney), Mike Hedges (The Cure) and Yoad Nevo (Sia) were modelled: the solid-state console that launched thousands of hits, a desk with the tone of vintage British tubes, and the console used to record The Dark Side of the Moon. For each console, 32 channels were analysed and modelled individually so that every channel has the slight differences of real hardware, and separate components for channel preamps and bus amplifiers ensure a realistic interplay. Unlike physical consoles, NLS lets you mix and match the three consoles on any channel and bus, 8 groups with automatable VCA channels control parameters together, and Drive sets the amount of harmonic distortion.
