Nx Virtual Mix Room simulates a 3D control room over headphones, so your mixes translate to speakers as well.

On headphones it is hard to judge stereo placement, panning, reverb amounts and balance – Nx makes you feel as if you were mixing on speakers in the perfect control room, which also helps prevent fatigue during long sessions. Correction curves based on the Harman headphone target curve cover over 270 studio headphones from brands such as Sony, Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, AKG, Audio-Technica, Audeze and Focal. Ambience and speaker positioning are adjustable, head measurements can be entered for calibration, and head movements can be tracked via your computer’s camera or the Nx Head Tracker. Besides stereo, you can monitor 5.1, 7.1 and Ambisonics B-format mixes on standard headphones.
