Frequency modulation, amplitude modulation and rotational panning can be used simultaneously, with modulation rates up to 6 kHz for lo-fi and ring-mod effects. 360-degree rotational panning gives space and motion beyond stereo placement, and with FM switched off you can add a tight delay for subtle chorusing, doubling and image widening.
