MetaFlanger produces the classic tape flanging sound of the 60s – from psychedelic guitar swirls to chorusing and doubling.

Creating a flanging sound is easy; capturing the sound and feel of tape-based 60s flanging is far harder – and that is exactly what MetaFlanger is about. Thru-zero flanging recreates the null points of true tape flanging, delay times from 0 to 50 ms cover phasing, flanging and chorusing, and a phase flip produces hollow, zinging sounds. High-pass or low-pass filter modes thin out or warm up the effect, the stereo spread collapses perfectly to mono, and modulation syncs to the host or runs manually, with a stop button to freeze the effect.
