Renaissance Axx is a compressor optimised for guitar, bass and other stringed instruments, needing just three controls.

All-purpose compressors that also have to handle vocals, drums and stereo mixes are unnecessarily complex for stringed instruments. Renaissance Axx optimises the under-the-hood parameters for guitar, bass and similar sounds such as plucked synths, calculating ratio and release automatically. The result is ease of use with the sound of high-end studio compression: more sustain on guitar, more fullness on bass and more consistent levels in the mix.
