Renaissance Vox is a voice-optimised compressor with just three controls for vocals, voiceover and podcasts.

R-Vox is the go-to vocal compressor for many Grammy-winning engineers. Compression, gating, limiting and level maximisation are controlled automatically in the background, so you only adjust gate, compression and output gain. The soft-knee curve gives a smooth, consistent sound, and instead of a hard gate, gentle downward expansion removes noise when there is no vocal. Presets by Greg Wells, Dave Pensado and Michael Brauer make it easy to get started.
