X-Crackle removes crackle and surface noise from digitised vinyl records and damaged recordings.

X-Crackle removes the subtle clicks and pops of damaged vinyl and other flawed recordings. Once the parameters are set, psychoacoustic algorithms automatically reduce surface noise and leave the remaining audio untouched. Threshold adapts the processing to different crackle levels, attenuation sets its strength, and the dual-window X-Crackle Scope shows the waveform and a sonogram of the crackles being minimised.

Features

• Choose crackle attenuation from slight to strong
• Threshold control for different crackle levels
• Display correlates crackle reduction to the threshold
• Attenuation meter shows the reduction amount
