IDX Intelligent Dynamics optimises your tracks’ energy for greater punch and focus with just one main knob.

Multiple detectors across the frequency range automatically identify the busiest areas, those that consume energy without contributing to an instrument’s or vocal’s tone, and compress them using progressive attenuation rather than reducing the signal uniformly above a threshold. As a result, the frequencies that define a track stand out: vocals move forward, drum transients stay crisp and basses become punchy and defined. Inserted at the start of the plugin chain on multiple tracks or the master bus, IDX gives you a solid foundation for the rest of your mix.
