Mix Unlock splits finished mixes, samples and loops into vocals, drums, bass and instruments in real time, right inside your DAW.

Mix Unlock is a premium feature of StudioVerse Audio Effects, Waves’ massive online preset library, and works in real time while the audio plays, with no rendering and without altering your files. Choose between 2-stem (vocals and instrumental) or 4-stem (vocals, drums, bass and instruments) separation, then reshape, reprocess and rebalance the individual elements. AI-powered search gives you access to thousands of StudioVerse effect chains, including dozens of presets built for Mix Unlock, to rebalance mixes, create instrumentals, transpose parts, shape drums, widen synths or build vocal harmonies and effects.
