A compact, easy-to-use hybrid snare drum synthesizer for snappy, wide electronic snares in EDM, techno, trance, ambient and beyond.

SnareClack combines genuine 16-bit integer precision digital synthesis, widely used in late-90s hardware, with a modelled DAC (digital-to-analogue converter) circuit with saturation control. Two independent synthesis layers for tonal and noise components shape the sound, while a built-in stereo expander adds width. As a self-contained device, SnareClack delivers wide, mix-ready snares without extra processing.
