A plug-in for compressing and shaping audio that adds punch and power or creatively destroys and mangles your sound.

At its heart is the Grater lever, which adds extreme compression, punch and distortion, with Sharpness tuning its response. The Breakup control adds unique errors to the compression in Smooth, Neutral or Heavy mode, and Dynamic Reinject brings back the dynamic range lost during compression. Compressor input and output gain for gain staging, three additional effect modules and a master section for final polishing complete the plug-in. The Grater suits mixing engineers looking to add punch to drums as well as sound designers searching for new ways to mangle audio.
